Delivery

[[clearspace]] We ship all of our UK orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a trackable, insured and very reliable postal service. This postage is charged at £5 and will require a signature upon delivery. [[clearspace]] For International orders we ship using Royal Mail's International Signed For service which ships to most countries and is insured up to £500, requires a signature upon delivery and aims to deliver within 4-5 days. This postage is charged at £12. [[clearspace]] Once we have received your order we will send you an acknowledgment email, and we will also send an email to let you know once your order has been shipped. This will also detail the tracking number for your parcel so you can track it's delivery to you. [[clearspace]] We endeavour to send out your order within 2 working days, (please note our working days are Tuesday-Sunday) except for rings or special made-to-order pieces. This is subject to availability of stock, so please see product descriptions for more information. Returns

[[clearspace]] All of our jewellery is handmade at our East London based studio and store. We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and all pieces are carefully checked before being posted out. [[clearspace]] We offer exchanges on pieces within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us by email or phone discuss an exchange. [[clearspace]] We expect all exchanges to be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent out (unworn and undamaged) and we recommend that you use an insured and trackable postal service upon returning your order. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. [[clearspace]] [[clearspace]]

Packaging

[[clearspace]] When you purchase online at Thor & Wistle, your jewellery will arrive with you carefully packaged in a handstamped gift box with a brand postcard.
