Delivery

We ship all of our UK orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a trackable, insured and very reliable postal service. This postage is charged at £5 and will require a signature upon delivery.

For International orders we ship using Royal Mail's International Signed For service which ships to most countries and is insured up to £500, requires a signature upon delivery and aims to deliver within 7-10 days. This postage is charged at £12.

Once we have received your order we will send you an acknowledgment email, and we will also send an email to let you know once your order has been shipped. This will also detail the tracking number for your parcel so you can track it's delivery to you.

We endeavour to send out your order within 2 working days, (please note our working days are Tuesday-Sunday) except for rings or special made-to-order pieces. This is subject to availability of stock, so please see product descriptions for more information.

Returns

All of our jewellery is handmade at our East London based studio and store. We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and all pieces are carefully checked before being posted out.

We offer exchanges or a refund, should you change your mind. Please notify us in writing to [email protected] within 7 working days of receiving the order. Please note that for any items made to order which currently includes the Monarch Inlay range, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges and those sales are final. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE SALE ARE FINAL, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ANY EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ON SALES PIECES.

1.Items that are returnable under our guarantee, must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

2.You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.

3.Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition, and we recommend that you send it in its original packaging as we cannot accept responsibility for any damages.

4.We will not accept change of mind returns for earrings, gift vouchers or any items purchased from the “Sale” section of our website.

5.If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

We expect all exchanges to be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent out (unworn and undamaged) and we recommend that you use an insured and trackable postal service upon returning your order. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

When you purchase online at Thor & Wistle, your jewellery will arrive with you carefully packaged in a handstamped gift box with a brand postcard.
